Emily Golan Rabinowitz is a native of the Chicago suburbs. After graduating with a Theatre degree from Skidmore College in New York, studying in London with the British American Drama Academy, and also the Royal Shakespeare Company in Stratford, Emily pursued the business side of entertainment. She spent 15 years in Los Angeles working in the celebrity circuit at William Morris, Paramount Pictures TV Casting, and the bi-coastal talent agency Innovative Artists. Upon her return to Chicago she was hired to establish a Chicago branch of the largest mid-west agency, Productions Plus the Talent Shop, known as P+ Chicago. In fall of 2016 Emily rebuilt the P+ Chicago agency under her own name, RTA (Rabinowitz Talent Agency). It was 8 months later that Greg Brown of BMG approached Emily to propose a merger of the two agencies, and she became the Director of On-Camera/Theatrical talent for the Los Angeles and Chicago offices of BMG. Her objective as an agent was to help performers prepare and develop themselves to their full potential, so they will make money doing what they love. Now, the goal is to shape fine arts students' objectives as professionals in entertainment.
